Our Farmer's Market is run by volunteers for the benefit of Matching Village Hall Registered Charity No 301366.  We celebrated our 19th Birthday in October 2026 and our 200th Market in January 2026, so you can see that the Market is well established.

We concentrate on locally produced fresh food and drink as the main focus of the Market.  This supports the local economy and, where possible businesses in the local community.  Quality craft and plant stalls add variety to the Market.

​

We hope that the quality of the food and crafts on offer will please you.  Buying free range, locally reared meat, fresh frozen fish and fish products from Billingsgate and, where possible, other freshly prepared food from local producers at reasonable prices, reducing food miles and food packaging, is what it is all about.

We provide refreshments for customers who fancy a cup of tea or coffee and/or a bacon sandwich.

​
